Then click on "Create quote from template" in the preview. If you are still in the overview, then click on the options (three dots) next to the template title and then select the "+Create proposal from template" option.
Now select "Edit" to enter the edit mode and edit the proposal or template.
Now edit the template according to your needs. You can also add more content blocks or chapters to the template if you want to include more information. Clicking on the plus sign (+) opens a menu with various options.
When you have finished editing and want to exit the editing mode, click on "Exit editing mode" at the very bottom and select "Save changes".
Within the tab "Design" you can define the color scheme, an offer cover as well as the page style of your offer. Basically, you can choose from 8 color schemes, 3 cover styles and 9 page styles. Coposal additionally offers you the possibility to upload your own color schemes as well as your own background image. If you want to use your own font, please contact our support.
To save the offer as a future template, select "Save as template" under Actions and assign a category (offer template, chapter, content block) and a name for the template.
