Depending on the selected billing period (annual or monthly), you will receive an invoice from us to the address stored in the account. After receiving the invoice, you can choose between different payment methods. We currently offer the following payment methods:
If you would like to pay your invoice by SEPA direct debit, credit card or Paypal, please click on the payment link contained in the invoice and then select the desired method. Optionally, you can also agree to automatic collection of future invoices for the selected payment method (via the checkbox at the bottom). New invoices will then be paid automatically via the selected payment method. For a bank transfer, please use the reference indicated on the invoice and the bank details indicated above it.
You can view and download all invoices at any time via your customer account under "Invoices".
